One place that was better than expected. Location is superb, close to BinTang Supermarket and away from the main road which meant it was very peaceful and quiet. Would have liked a more comfortable couch but it’s hard to fault this place too much for the price.

Staff lovely. Pool wonderful. Using a dongle for Netflix a bummer, problems most nights, no staff there one night and had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come to make it work. Close to a supermarket and a great Vietnamese restaurant. Villa too open hence lots of mosquitos, though staff helpful with providing coils to burn.

Nice property close to shops restaurants and Bintang supermarket Nice pool and very quiet except for weekend when noise from nightclub next door. Good breakfast delivered to villa rach day. We enjoyed our stay in a two bedroom villa, it was spacious and clean with everything we needed. the beds were very comfortable and the staff were excellent. My only complaint would be the upstairs shower/ bath was not practical & I needed to use the one down stairs to shower.

Expect average but in an excellent location. Staff was courteous. My only gripes are the dining area is not enclosed and is hot - bathrooms were average and did not always flush. Spacious clean and modern. Villas are recently renovated and look great. Excellent location with great restaurants, supermarket and shopping in the immediate area. Walked to beach and explored the surrounding area on foot. Had a bit of noise from club next door but only on Friday night. It was quiet on Sat/Sun. Staff are friendly, helpful and very responsive to email enquiries. Pool was lovely. Breakfasts were generous, delicious and delivered on time. Rooms cleaned daily. Comfy bed and pillows. Teenagers loved having their own room and ensuite. Aircon and wifi both great. Think it’s great value. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

What made our experience great was the staff. They're so helpful and accommodating. They really take care of the guests and make sure we're having a good trip! The villa itself is beautiful, well placed and we never had any complaints.
