"Turned up 4 people they said room only for 3 max. My friend offered to stay in a hammock outside the room . Not accepting that she then forked out over £100 for another room which was only available 1 night we were there for 2. Then the management the next day had a change of heat and all 4 of us were allowed in the original room . Disgusting treatment just to get another £100+"

"O quarto estava limpo mas o cheiro do banheiro é insuportável, cheiro de esgoto fica no quarto quando abre-se a porta do banheiro. O café da manhã é cheio de moscas, o pão era tão duro que parecia uma pedra, senti vergonha ao pegar na mão,fiquei sem acreditar, certamente pão de 1 mês! Palmas somente para um pudim, delicioso e o café. "
