This was a convenient hotel to see the Aoba festival . It is easy to get to the station and shopping area. It’s a good budget hotel in spite of being a bit dusty.

The staff is great and the rooms are nice little havens to come back to and chill when you get tired. They've got everything you need. Huge shopping arcade nearby and only maybe a 10-15 minute walk from the main station.

家族でライブに行くため、素泊まりで利用しました。仙台駅からは多少歩きますが、基本的にアーケードを直進するだけなので、体感ではそこまで距離を感じませんでした。コンビニや飲食店も近くに何軒もあり、便利なロケーションだと思います。また、思っていた以上に部屋が広く、ユニットバスもゆったりしていて快適でした。この立地と広さを考えるとコスパも良いと思います。ただ一点だけ残念だったのが、禁煙の部屋にもかかわらず入室した瞬間からタバコの臭いがかなり気になったこと。それ以外は快適だっただけに、ここだけが本当に残念でした。

仙台に用事がある時に使っています今回は4回目ぐらいだったと思います静かで良く眠れます冷蔵庫も､思ってたより､良く冷えます近くにコンビニがあるけど、製氷機がホテル内にあるのかは定かではありませんが、あると便利だなと思いました。

チェックイン時、対面でチェックインしようとしたところ、自動チェックイン機でチェックインしてくださいと案内され、操作した。タッチ入力で操作したが、時間がかかってしまい、あとから入ってきた宿泊者が対面でチェックインして先に済ませていたのは納得いかなかった。客室は綺麗で過不足なく必要なものは揃っていたのは良かったが、バスルームで排水溝と思われるところから嫌な匂いがしたのはマイナスポイントだった。比較的安価で、アメニティを必要な分フロントの脇から自分で持っていくスタイルは、過剰なサービスがもったいないと思う客にはウケると思うので、もう少しの配慮があればと思いました。細かいところにコメントしましたが、アーケードから近いところにあり便利な立地でもあることから、全体としては満足です。

仙台中心部の散策には最適の場所でした。子犬と夫婦二人で寝るには、確かに窮屈なベッドでしたが、部屋は狭くはなく綺麗で、立地の良さから相殺されました。一階の部屋も、出入りが楽で良かったです。
