The place had thin walls so you could hear the people in the hallway and they can hear the things coming from your room. The walls to the outside and also thin so you can hear the street and the crows around the hotel.

フロントの女性の対応が悪い。男性はまだマシ。 Wi-Fiが接続しにくい。浴槽が小さい。これは口コミ通り。 シャワー使用時シャワーカーテンがしょっちゅう体にくっついて来て、シャワーカーテン自体も臭くて不愉快。 寝られればいいと思って予約しましたが、想像以上に良くなかった。 部屋は清潔でした。 もう利用する事は無いと思います。

大変リーズナブルなので良く使わせていただいています。 東北で一番の昔からのナイト系繁華街である国分町2丁目ブロックに面した定禅寺通りのビルにあるホテルなので、国分町界隈で食べる・遊ぶなら非常に便利です。 ただし、とくに週末（金・土）の夜の場合、深夜０時を過ぎたころにありがちな外で大声をあげる酔客の音が部屋にも聞こえてくる場合があります。 ぐっすり眠れる人は問題ないかと思いますが、神経質な方にリスクはあります。
