“Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! ”

“I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.”

“Jessica was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. Everyone was friendly. The parking was especially appreciated since on street parking is rare. Loved the security too. Two minute walk to the ocean made for scenic walks. Two great restaurants close by…”Ondas do Mar” and “José do Rego””

“Excellent Hotel with amazing staff, cannot fault them, but they do have an issue with meals for anyone outside of a large & planned group. If you don't mind simple food laden with cheese, then the Pool Bar is fine. If you want something before 8.30pm, then you have to go outside the Hotel. After 8.30pm, you can choose from the a la carte menu, which is exceptional. Anything in between, they cannot cater to you. Again, though, the staff is superb, first class. They will try to accommodate...

“It was my best place to stay in touring ever. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet close to airport. The room had everything I need. Even more than I need. There're a bottle of wine, coffee, tea, air condition, wifi, several towels in various sizes and terrace with table and chair. The house is beautiful, and breakfast is perfect! And the best part is hosts of this inn. They are warm-hearted, friendly, kind and wonderful people. I just stayed here for 1 night, but I feel...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So clean! Location is perfect, within walking distance to so much. Our only complaint would be not having a mini fridge in the room. There is access to a fridge in another section but access is limited to 9-5. Not very convenient if you're out all day. Despite that, we would still stay here again! Loved our time in Ponta Delgada. Can't wait to return. We highly recommend Comercial Boutique. Thank you !”
