โI had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norfolk Airport. The location was super convenient โ close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful nightโs sleep.
The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the essentials I needed. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and great water pressure in the shower....

The complimentary breakfast area was clean and well kept during the time breakfast was available. A big shoutout is deserved for the staff who kept everything stocked and tidy! Well done all around!โ
โThe room was clean and nice but the outside of the motel was dirty, run down and unsafe in some areas. In the stairs ways the railings were torn down and dirty. โ
