My family loved the stay for an easy and quick access to the room from the lobby entrance and the elevator. They loved the cozy environment, the essential amenities, and the water view the room offers. The front desk staffers were very friendly and willing to help when I had questions and requests. The hotel seems to have been very well maintained, hence clean and neat overall. The proximity to hundreds of restaurants (including some famous restaurants) is a huge plus, which definitely saved our time. My recommendations for improvement are 1) The opening hours for the hotel cafe and the laundry room seem to be limited. Most tourists would not want to do laundry during the daytime as the laundry room hours are from 8am to 8pm. If this is because of the potential noise, I understand. 2) It would be more convenient if there were hooks on the bathroom wall or door to hang towels or clothes. 3) My family wished there had been a bidet. I believe they are used to that from their previous stays in other hotels.since it seems to have become a norm for Korean accommodation. Overall, I think it was a great value, and we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

1) The first room we were given had a leak at the base of the toilet. It was disgusting to find within a few minutes of being in the room. The hotel changed our room which was the least they could do. 2) However, the new room had a sink drain which was not attached properly to the sink. It was more a hose loosely fitted to the sink which would suddenly detach when we tried to use sink. We had to use bathtub as the sink. 3) The hanger rack in the closet must have been about 7 feet high. We complained to the staff and were told all the rooms were like this. It was absolutely ridiculous how anyone is supposed to the closet. 4) In the hallway, the hotel was running some kind of aromatherapy but it was just so overpowering. 5) The furniture and towels provided looked very worn and fraying. The hotel was a HUGE disappointment!

清潔でスタッフの方も優しく、内装も素敵でした。室内は広くて、テレビも大きくて過ごしやすかったです。 ランドリーの使用時間が決まってるのだけ不便でした。 ホテル周辺には、ご飯屋さん、コンビニもあります。バスも通ってるので周辺観光施設までは行きやすいです。 宿泊後夏バテしてしまったので、ロビーで休ませて持ったのですが、冷たいお水を汲ませてくれたり優しく対応してくれました。 全体的にコスパは良いのではないかと思います。

추석연휴라 제주도 놀러와서 6박 지냈어요 창문 활짝 열어 환기 가능한 것도 좋고 직원분들 하나같이 정말 친절하셔서 좋았습니다 여미지식물원 돔과 바다가 같이 보여서 창밖도 예뻐요 전기차 완속충전기도 있어서 숙소 들어오면 충전하기도 편했어요 저희는 6박 했는데 장박시에 티슈 등 소모품들 다 쓴 건 채워주시면 더 좋을 것 같아요

全体的にきれいなホテルだった。トイレにウォッシュレットがついていないことが減点されるくらい。トイレットペーパーは2重で柔らかい。浴室は広いし浴槽も足を伸ばせる。２泊でタオルは取り換えられたし、きっちり清掃されていた。あとは、エアコンの冷風がベッド上の顔を直撃するので消して寝ました。エアコン・テレビのリモコンはハングルなので読めませんでした。オーシャンビューはその通りですが、手前の円形の建物がやや目立つかなと。

중문 관광단지 도보권 인근 맥도날드 및 편의점 5분 이내 도보 가능 편리 작고 아담한 호텔로 조용하고 뷰가 멋짐 조식이 다소 비쌈 웰니스센터 환기시설없음 욕실 청소가 조금 청결하지 않음 직원들 굉장히 친절함 주차장이 넓음 호텔 입구가 한눈에 보이지 않아 입차시 헤맬 수 있음

좋은 위치와 친절한 직원

근처에 하나로마트가 있어서 간식사기 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 항상 친절하게 맞아주셨도 서비스가 좋았습니다. 숙소가 유럽 호텔처럼 꾸며져 있어서 제주도에 온 느낌이 아니고 멀리 여행온 느낌이어서 호텔에서 풍경만 구경하고 있어도 즐거웠습니다.
