"Finding entrance was confusing , maybe some arrow will be helpful. We were able to find it by following the billboard on hotel building. It can be seen from far. Location is plus plus . Near to the water stream. Transportation: walking distance to bus, train. A lot nearby places to eat. Overall the hotel is great! Very happy with the stay. "

"The metro station was very close to the hotel, just two stops from Gangnam Station. The facilities and room felt brand new, and everything was spotless. I especially loved that there was a laundry room available for guests. The gym was well-equipped and easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel overall. However, if you're planning to visit the city center, be aware that it takes at least 40 minutes by metro."

"Brilliant 5 star hotel concierge took us on a tour to children’s park where we had a picnic and a lovely Korean chicken lunch al the concierge staff were brilliant. My wife and I stayed in a junior suite for 14 days we know Seoul like the back of our hands great place a must visit. The hotel has a golf range which was 15000 WON which I thought was very reasonable the gym and pool were included in the price the only real complaints I have is the sauna was 60000 WON i think it should be included in the price. Also breakfast should have been included but all in all a brilliant 5 star hotel. "
