Similarly, due to the subjectivity of human senses, even the same external stimuli do not give everyone the same feeling, so unfortunately, normally you may be a very, receptive and tolerant person to the stimuli around you, but the typhoon on Guam Thanks to this, it seems that dissatisfaction and complaints about your senses and perspectives about your surroundings have become more sensitive thanks to the disordered schedule. Even, I remember that the first thing you said after short journey from airport to the hotel was complaint about narrow road and too many turns, even it is located very near of road.We are even more grateful for the 1-star reviews left by people who took a taxi paid by the hotel since you did not have Korean currency because you could not stop by the currency exchange office at the airport and who did not forget to say thank you very much at that time.I hope you will be happy with the rest of your journey and leave many pleasant memories until you return to Guam. However, we are sorry for your feeling of pricey, but the price is consist of several elements both which you could and could't find when you compare with others in many ways. First of all thank you for your precious review about our hotel. I'm very sorry for you had a problem with pillow. However, as you might understand that the volume and cushion preference of the pillow are as varied as the number of visitors, so it is practically impossible to have a pillow that meets all of visitors’ criteria. However, we are doing our best to provide the best quality of new pillows for the hotel customers. we are not sure whether the pillow we offered (two for each person) was burdensome. Nevertheless, we are very sorry that discomfort experience due to the pillow, and we are afraid that we could have been able to search for other options(adjustment for you) if you had been contacted during stay. we also remember when you and your friend checked in the hotel, we dispensed two room keys, while checking the reservation slip and calling each booker’s name. But we cannot explained why the room has changed. However, it would be letting you more comfortable staying if you contacted the front desk right away(of course there was no need for argue). Once again, we are deeply sorry for your inconvenient while you are staying at the Millhaus. We will circulate your review with the hotel staffs regarding to the matters you point out. we hope it will be helpful to make better place to stay for you for the next time. 같은 곳이라도 예약플렛폼에 따라 입실 시간과 갸격등이 다앙합니다. . 그리고, 결제는 이용자의 영역인데. . 물론 만족 여부 또한 지극히 주관적인 이용자의 판단영역 이겠지요. , 신촌에서, 연휴 첫 토요일에, 윈하시는 위치에, 23시에 체크인가능한 호텔을 찾으셨어야 했는데.. 유감입니다. 결제하신금액에는, 이용하신 예약 플렛폼에 지불되는 수수료가 포함되어 있는데. . 그 비중이 생각하시는것 이상 상당히 큽니다. 그렇더라도. . 지불하신 총액이 줄어드는것은 아니겠지만. . . 보통 위치가 좋다 혹은 나쁘다 라고 할때에는 접근성을 기준으로 하지않을까합니다.. . 신촌에서 가장 인구유동성 높은 지하철역에서 3분도 안되는곳에 있는곳이 위치가 않좋다 하시니. . 무어라 드릴 말씀이 없습니다.혹시. . 다중시설에 설치된 비데를 유심히 보신적 있는지요. 정기적으로 관리하더라도. . 상태가 온전하기 힘들겁니다. 심지어 가정에 설치된 것 조차. . 한번이라도 보신적 있다면. . 집밖에서 비데를 쓰는데 상당한 용기가 필요해보입니다. 흔히 생각하시는 비용절감등의 이유로 설치하지 않은게 아니라. . 다중시설에 놓여지는 것들에 대한 특히, 숙박시설에서의 청결에 대한 고민의 결과입니다. 슬리퍼와, 롤빗 등도 비치해두지 않은 이유이기도 합니다. .유난히, 청결에 반하는것들은 모두배제했기 때문에 심플해진 객실에서 , 또한 객실점검은 그 어느곳보다 잔인하게 하는 상황에서 물과 탄산수, 커피만 넣고 있는데. . 커피 등이라하시면 냉장고 안 탄산수도 없었다는건지. . .감히, 단언컨데 커피 조차 빠졌을리는 없었을겁니다. 그럼에도 시간내서 후기와함께 2점을 주신데에 대해 감사드립니다.

너그러운 후기 감사드립니다. 코로나시대 이전부터 밀하우스는 감염병예방등의 사유로 객실내 스킨로션등 다회사용가능한 물품들은 비치하고 있지않고 프론트에 요청하시면 별도로 제공해드리고 있읍니다. 아울러 밀하우스는 2인이상 머무실경우 동성이거나 가족 관계가 아닐 경우 혼숙을 제한하고 있사오니 차후 이용에 참고바랍니다. 방문해주셔서 걈사합니다.

우선, 이용하신 객실은 최대 3인이 머무실 수 있도록 설계되어 있읍니다. 이해하시겠지만, 3인이상 머무시게 되면, 다른 걕실들에 피해가 발생할 우려가 있어, 더욱이 늦은 밤에는 더더욱 인원에 대한 관리를 별도로 하고 있읍니다. (나름 다양한 객실간 방음조치들을 하긴 했읍니다만, 특정 규모 이상으로 발생하는 소음을 모두 차단하기에는 불가능 하다는 안타까움이 있다는 점 양해부탁드립니다.) 비용적인 부분에서, 예약하신 사이트의 회원등급과 조건등에 따라 저희 객실의 결제금액이 각기 다른 것으로 알고 있읍니다. 물론, 이용하신 사이트에서 부과하는 적지않은 크기의 수수료도 포함되었구요... 신축된지 2년이 채안되는 건물인지라...당시에는 디자인적으로 외부에 세면기를 배치 하는 것이 (건축주는 반대하셨지만...) 나름은 당시의 트랜드를 반영한 조치였읍니다. 늦었지만...그럼에도 불구하고, 이용에 불쾌하셨다니 다시한번 사과 드리겠읍니다. 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다.
