My husband and I decided to change hotels last minute and this place was thankfully available. We were so happy we made that change as this place was so close to the shopping mall, subway access, and it was not in a loud area so we had the best night’s rest. It was even close to an airport limousine transport so my husband and I were taken to the airport with no need to carry around our heavy luggage through the subway. The tickets were fairly priced and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience!

I didn't expect this hotel would be this good. The bedding is the best. Very comfortable. And the location is amazing.. everything is in 1-2min distance. Parking is easy and the car staffs are nice. Wish to stay longer. The only draw back is that because of the construction right in front of the hotel it was congested and at the beginning hard to find the entrance of the hotel.

Great location, clean and quiet.
I have stayed at this hotel before. I enjoyed the location where Coex and my workplace is a walking distance from the hotel. The only issue I had was the breakfast. Prior to my visit (pre-covid), the hotel had an excellent Western breakfast option. Now, it has been converted to Chinese/Dimsum which I do not prefer.

Good clean hotel in Gangnam but small rooms as is often the way. Early check in was impossible but I was kindly given access to the sauna/shower area to refresh!

Well worth the price
My company stayed at the Uri & for 12 days. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and newly furnished. The negatives that I would make note of are that the hours of the sauna are strange and it seems rarely open. Also the roof garden seems to be permanently closed and the exercise bikes seem to be permanent out of order. I wish these faculties could all be up and working to enhance a longer stay like mine. However the hotel’s location and quality make it well worth the price.

We had a nonsmoking room but we could smell cigarette. Good thing we were able to open one window. The room is small. This hotel is very close to COEX mall and the city airport limousine stop.

ホテル自体も客室内も、とても綺麗でした。 水回りも綺麗で、シャワーの水圧やドライヤーの風量も十分でした。ベッドもふかふかで、自宅の布団よりもよく眠れ、旅の疲れが取れました。 部屋も外や隣の客室からの音漏れは無く静かで良かったです。 COEXから近く、各所へのアクセスも良かったので、また韓国に行った際は利用させていただきたいです。

Staff are very friendly. However, this hotel advertises itself as a 4-start hotel, but the service seems to be more of 3-start or 3.5-star. They do not have any breakfast, any restaurant, and the gym is very small with only one bench and some dumbbells and 2 threadmills. Hotel does not help the guests with basic services such as cash advance or similar. Even for laundry, you have to buy your own detergent. These do not seem to be a 4-start hotel service.
