Very clean hotel and close to everything in the area. It is located just 5 minutes walking outside the main Myeong-dong shopping district which is convenient for two reasons: it is close to everything, and less busy so it doesn’t take forever for a taxi to pick you up (the streets in Myeong-dong are packed any hour of the day).

The room was small and tight but I liked the fact that breakfast was provided. The restaurant has a nice view. IThe hotel is conveniently located. The staff were helpful.

I stayed here with my 6 year old daughter. Very close to Myeongdong market and easily accessible. Continuous flow of public transport and good connection with other parts. Plus airport limousine stops close by. The hotel have amazing roof top bar and restaurant. Evening time you would get and awesome view of Seoul city. The restaurant serves good food. Not too many options but delicious. Had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

This hotel is very convenient to any public transportation to get around Seoul! Also a convenient store right downstairs and a really good beer and chicken restaurant next door. They do have some construction going on right now during the day but it was no issue for us since we were out exploring during those hours. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

Walking distance to myeongdong shopping street. Quite quiet and clean and had a convenient store nearby that had almost everything. Walking distance to a bus station too. Comfortable enough room/bed with view of the street

It was a nice location to stay (Myeongdong market, shopping, food, subways) but the cleanliness is terrible. My towels regardless if I get new ones there’s always stains on them. The hallways are dark and same as my room. They had 4 broken bulbs and didn’t change it. The chair covering is old, blind for the bathroom and walls are yellow.

Great location. It was close to the subway, bus station, food, and a 24 hr convenience store downstairs. There were some weird sounds from plumbing that goes off every 30 mins but isnt loud enough to disturb sleep. It was a good value for the price and a decent hotel overall. Would stay again.

The location is still a long walking distance from the myeongdong streets. Need to cross a big junction to get to the Myeongdong side. Not very convenient. The breakfast is the same everyday. We stayed there for 3 days but they only changed fried egg to scrambled egg or fries to wedge potatoes. Limited food options also. I reached airport and realised that my phone went missing. I called the hotel reception and they found a phone left behind. I asked if they could help me arrange for an express shipping service to the airport and I will pay for it. However they said I had to arrange for the service myself. How could a foreigner know how to do it. So I asked them to keep for me and I will find a way to send it back to my country the week after. They took very long time trying to retrieve my information but still could not. I only checked out 4hrs before that and they already lost my data. Wow.

Although the location was at the end of Myeongdong, it was still very accessible. Only complaint was the on going construction beside the hotel. Every morning you could hear the drilling.

There are three different ibis hotels near each other. Need little care off from the airport bus. The first ibis hotel stop is not this one. If u off at wrong ibis hotel then had to walk ovelr 10-15min with your luggage. (Property website had to update the transportation info for more detail). Rooms are small, but hotel staff and location are good. And the towel has too much clorox smell.

A comfortable and convenient stay
The stay at Ibis Styles Ambassador Myeongdong was both comfortable and convenient. It was close to where the action was but nicely tucked away from the maddening crowd. The staff were courteous, responsive and helpful, considering how busy they were. I had emailed them for some advice but upon a my arrival and they were quick to respond and gave a very helpful advice. Highly recommend if you're looking in the Myeongdong area.

Property quality is expected for the price, but the noise is terrible. Thin walls you can hear everything thru, plumbing that is constantly audible thru the walls, and windows that don’t seal properly to block out the construction noise from the building they are putting up next door. Starting at 6am on Saturday.

The room was small but doable. I didn't like the fact that the sink is not inside where the toilet is and you have to walk around to go wash your hands. They did not did a good job at cleaning the toilet. You can still smell pees

Best Location & Service
Perfect location to get around the entire city since Myeongdong station is across the street. Beds were pretty comfortable and they had a laundry room available to use in the basement which is pretty convenient! The staff is very helpful if you have any questions as well! We will be staying here again!

Nice place but be warned…
Hotel is in a great location. Room was very small but good considering price. The shower did have some mould in it and hair in the bathroom from previous guests. Cups were rarely changed with room service and floor was not vacuumed for the entire week of our stay. Biggest issue was the glass surrounding the bathroom. If you’re staying with a friend be warned!!! There is a screen you can pull down to lessen visibility through into the bathroom from the main room. But if your friend is in the shower you can’t walk past to go to the toilet unless you close your eyes. There is also a mirror right outside the bathroom so if someone is in the shower be careful where your looking

Easy check-in and out process. Our room was very small, but that didn’t bother us much as we used it as a place to shower and sleep. Staff was friendly. Right next door to a 24 hour convenient store, which made things easy. And a minute walk to the subway station. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

Hotel was fine, a bit small but fine. The issue is the extortionate price they charge in the restaurant. It cost a fortune for a simple meal that was so small in portion size that I thought it was just a starter. Apart from that, good-ish hotel in a good-ish location.
