Excellent location. Erik was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, and it's in a quiet location. Yet, very close to the Seoul Metro main station.

Warning do not book
Book 9 nights for family stay. Found hotel in rundown neighborhood. Conditions of room not acceptable(see photos) so tried to check out early. Was told by check in staff that I would have to speak to owner for refund of remaining stay, and owner only spoke Korean. Contacted hotels.com for assistance and received poor customer service. Hotels.com tried calling owner on my behalf, number was not working. Owner called me directly, spoke English fine, and said he would not refund because “he did nothing wrong.” It took several phone calls over hours with long distance charges to get partial refund from hotels.com. Booked another hotel last minute at inflated prices to salvage rest of vacation. Hotel.com should do better job overseeing accommodations and taking care of its customers overseas.

hello..This is the owner of Seoul Station R House.The above guest made a reservation on February 3, 2023 and checked in on June 16.On the morning of June 17th, the travel schedule was changed, so I requested a cancellation/refund for the remaining schedule, and I was told that it was impossible due to regulations.That's what Expedia said.The customer has never spoken to me, the owner.One of the guests said that she spoke Korean, so I tried to talk to her about the travel schedule and if there was something that could be adjusted, I called to see if there was anything that could be discussed, but I didn't answer the phone.Rather, she threatened our manager that she would harass us by posting strange posts on the Internet with the above content, and she even asked for a refund.However, we couldn't do that due to regulations, and Expedia couldn't do that, so we gave you that guide.June in Korea is summer.The place in the picture is the bathroom window.And the picture talking about the height is the archway between the room and the room.How high should the arch be?The family room consists of two rooms.Since 2017, my house has been with many travelers from all over the world visiting Korea and Seoul in the same place.We can't satisfy every part, but we want to do our best as much as we can.Please understand if there is something you are not satisfied with in our house.I hope you have good thoughts about Korea and Seoul.thank you

Location was very convenient to get to from Seoul Station. Room was nice and cozy and floors were heated. Only downsides were that floor was not level throughout hotel so we had to carry luggage up a few steps. Sound insulation was sufficient but still could hear neighbors door lock sounds. Otherwise great place!

The guesthouse is conveniently located close to the train station, and is ideal for backpackers. However, note that the quality of the room is mediocre, with no social common areas (due to COVID-19). Furthermore, we also disliked that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet, which is impractical with the infrequent room cleaning (once a week).

It was the biggest room I have ever got for this price. It was also very well equipped, including a washing machine. Finding the entrance to the hotel was not easy, but the map kindly provided by email helped a lot.

This place is at a great location, just steps away from Seoul Station. Very easy to get around the city of Seoul and surrounding attractions. The only negative thing is the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. If you are not the type to be able to sleep on the ground as if you were camping, then don’t stay here because you will not get a good nights sleep. Other than that the property was super clean with very good amenities!

This was really affordable for me and had everything I needed for the night. The room was so cute! The manager helped me with my suitcases all the way to the train station and I was so thankful because they were very heavy and I wasn't really sure where I was going. It was very kind of him, I highly recommend this place!

Great Room
I was there for a sport’s completion, and the hostel room couldn’t have been better. It was very clean, bigger than expected, and I’d definitely stay again.

Good place to stay
Great location not far from station though a little tricky to find, do a street view record before you go! Staff very easy to contact if anything required and no relationship complaints. Surrounding area isn't especially interesting but felt safe.

娘が突然発熱し、困ったが、薬局まで連れて行ってくれた。食事の注文も手伝ってくれた。とても親切にして下さり助かった。おかげで娘は元気になった。また是非泊まりたい。チェックインがカフェなのが難しかった。

The accommodation is very centrally located near Seoul Station. It is very quiet, despite its proximity to the station. Our room was equipped with a small kitchen and a washing machine. The room was very clean and ideal for our purposes. There was a small fridge with a freezer compartment in the bedroom. The internet was fast and good. The owner was very nice and showed us and translated everything (especially how to use the washing machine). He also has the R-Cafe nearby and was always available for questions etc. The guesthouse is highly recommended for anyone who wants to start their Seoul vacation centrally. 良かった点 ソウル 駅から近い 周辺におしゃれなカフェがある 静か ちゃんと清掃されていて綺麗 悪かった点 バスルームが寒い ２階の部屋だったが、入り口前の階段が傾斜が急で、階段幅が狭いので気をつけて。 重いスーツケースを持って降りる時は転ばないよう注意が必要。 バスタオルは毎日交換では無いようで、初日に誤って交換に出してしまったが、フロントにお願いしたらすぐに持ってきてくれた。 清掃は毎日入らないので、気になる方はクイックルワイパーがあると便利。 総合的に値段も安く、立地もいいのでオススメ。

Clean and super convenient location
This guest house is awesome. The location is very close to the Seoul station, which is so convenient. I spent a night and went to the airport. The room was clean as well as beds. The owner is super friendly and I am satisfied with the stay.

Gentilezza, ottima posizione , attrezzato con tutto il necessario per goderti in totale autonomia e privacy il tuo soggiorno. 定宿になりつつあります
空港アクセスを重視する時はこちらを利用する事が多いです。 今回深夜到着でしたので、事前に通知して無人でもチェックイン出来るようにしておいて頂きました。 寝に帰るだけだったのでチェックアウトまで誰にも会わない状況でしたが何の問題もありませんでした。 また利用します。
