Its great. Staff are helpful. Japanese/Korean style breakfast,the dish are a little bit different everyday. Right outside subway exit and airport bus stop, so it is easy to access.

I liked that the bus from Incheon stopped almost in front of the hotel, location is very good, exit 4 for the subway is right in front of the hotel, I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was really good. Very nice people work there. Thank you.

The room is quite small, i don't know how two people share it especially with big suitcases. The lifts are ridiculously slow in the morning, at one point I waited 15 mins just to get down to the first floor. There's also not many restaurants nearby so you will need to eat further afield. But overall, the hotel and staff were lovely and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are welcoming and there is a good level of English spoken. The economy double room was compact, but perfectly acceptable and very reasonably priced given the area it was in. The location is brilliant: right next to the steps to a subway station on 3 lines. The bed was comfortable, even if the pillows were a little bit firm. Good linen and towels. The view from the room was amazing - we felt lucky to get a room a the front on a high floor (be aware the rooms at the back look out onto a very close neighbouring building). The compact bathroom seems to be designed for the hotel chain. It was fine, and always immaculately clean. The only issue was a very small toilet. Breakfast is included and although it lacks variety in Western options, there is more than enough and the Korean options changed every day of our week long stay. The hotel has washing and drying machines, which meant we could do a load of washing for only £3 or 4. The only issues we had during the stay were occasional smells from the bathroom drains - these could be eliminated by running the taps. The 2 lifts are not fit for purpose in such a large hotel; they need to either serve different floors, or be set to communicate with each other. Each had a different call button, which meant that people called both and then they would both stop at every floor on the way down needlessly. But these are small things; this place comes highly recommended 9.5/10

The hotel is conveniently located, just next to subway lines. Breakfast is an additional bonus. The only inconvenience was bathroom and it’s shower. Very small and ventilation wasn’t good.

我是用一個比較優惠的價錢訂購，雖然我只享用過一次早餐，但在包含早餐，房間也不小，地理位置方便，CP值算不俗。但收拾房間比較隨意，杯子有時洗有時不洗，東西有時放特定位置有時沒有，沐浴露用完沒有refill... 還有提示說打掃房間由十點到四點，十一點過後出門便不會打掃。我們第一天十一點半出門也沒有打掃，結果要每晚到櫃檯要求十一點後才打掃。房間枕頭非常不舒適，有需要要到櫃檯拿軟枕，但好像有職員會說沒有其他枕頭。感覺職員說話，或房間打掃的手勢不是很一致。員工培訓有待加強。另外房間不提供牙膏牙刷，這點應該先提醒顧客。

The hotel is very accessible and is right next to metro (lines 2, 4, and 5). Airport bus is just around the corner. 3 minutes away is the DDP, and Gwakjang Market is about 15-20 walk. Breakfast is good. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I liked this hotel. The service is good. Just by the subway line 2, 4, and 5 which is useful. I appreciated the tea pouches in the lobby. Breakfast is average.

Whenever I go to Seoul, this is my hotel I choose because I can't find any better hotel for the price. This hotel is super clean, safe and atvthe heart of Seoul. I like their breakfast included in the price. This breakfast is very important because we can't find any restaurants open in the morning except Dunking Donuts or other fast food chain restaurants. You will never be disappointed here.

Very convenient location. 10min from Seoul station where I got off the express train. The hotel is right in front when you come out of Exit 4. Most importantly, you can enjoy shopping at the night market until midnight and reach hotel without taking subway. Room is clean and spacious. I loved the clock on the wall.
