"This is a basic no frills motel. It delivers more than that with it's great breakfast and friendly manager. We were offered water bottles in arrival and fried eggs with toast in the morning. This will become a regular stop for any trip into the desert. "

"I had a very nice stay. I'm a little biased as it was my 3r stay there in five years (Coviid stopped two of the years). The staff there has always been very friendly and helpful on pointing out good places to eat or see that are not part of the "touristy" spots. Many of my neighbors took advantage of the cool, lightly breezy weather in the evenings to, sit in the chairs and/or tables out in front of the rooms, to enjoy drinks or snacks."

"The room was adequate but the restaurant made it all worthwhile. Perched above the Keweah River, the restaurant views were fantastic. An outdoor patio allowed a chance to sip your wine or whiskey and watch the roaring river go by. Swallows swooped over the river, hunting insects and chasing the ravens. Food was wonderful. Staff so friendly and helpful."

This was the perfect way to get the camping experience without the commitment! The view of the river and the mountains was breath taking. The restrooms had real toilets and were immaculate.
