Great location but very tiny room and bathroom. No place to put our suitcases. No place to set items or hang them in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the restaurant and the people were nice.

It was the best room out of the that were planned on our road trip! If you stay, you have to go next door to the restaurant. The staff is amazing! The crab cakes and baby back pork ribs were delicious!

Great location. The restaurant was oddly hit or miss; most meals we had were fantastic, but one night was surprisingly mediocre. The room was cozy, but not quite comfy. The toilet didn’t have a lid, the sliding balcony door needed a lot of muscle to lock, and the a/c was a bit loud. Also, the housekeeping staff, while super friendly and helpful, started each day talking just outside our window… at 6:30.

Perfect location on the Kaweah River, rapids surging right below the restaurant/deck. Small, independent run hotel from a bygone era...a little long in the tooth but a very pleasant stay. Great staff, great bar, restaurant really does well and the food is excellent. Prices for rooms and the restaurant are pretty high, but understandably given the limited season. Would I ever stay there again? YES...I really enjoyed the place, the food, and the staff.
