โThere is nothing we did not like. Stayed for 10 days and time flew by. My daughter and I were welcomed with open arms being our first time.in Bali. We were accomodated in every way you can imagine from taxi rides to food serving in the room. Amazing staff everyone knows you by your name, always a smile and no question too dificult. For our first time.to Bali we are blessed coming to Abian Klumpu Vila & Spa in Sanur. Thanks team!โ
โEverything was pretty excellent about my stay. The service is exceptional and the unit had all the extra amenities i wanted to feel super comfortable. I felt like i had my own studio apartment and couldve easily stayed there for weeks! The only improvements that could be made- water gets warm but not really HOT, but its definately managable. Also I was in the corner room so internet was occasionally spotty....but sim cards are so cheap here it really doesnt matter. Book this place and you wont...
โReally nice little hotel run by the friendliest people. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars but also quietly hidden down a back street so very peaceful.โ

โNice staff, welcoming and happy to assist for what was missing in the room. General maintenance of the structure is poor and average dirty. It was very interesting with a lot of nice details. Unfortunately poorely maintained. It has big potentiality. Just needs more maintenance.โ
"We arrived at Andaz Bali Resort and were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff with a refreshing welcome drink while enjoying some small talk. Following the guidance, we were shown to a beautiful room and received a brief explanation along with a few notes of attention.
Breakfast was also a pleasant experience โ thanks to the helpful staff, we had no difficulty and enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes together as a family. The resortโs location was excellent, with easy access to the city and shopping malls.
It was peaceful and quiet, and every morning I enjoyed running while spending a wonderful holiday with my family. We truly appreciate the kindness shown to our family. This is definitely a resort we would love to visit again in the future."
