"The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated an early checkin. The room looked to be newly remodelled, very clean and modern. Breakfast was lovely with homemade cakes/muffins each day, fresh fruit, toast, yogurt and more. Although the street itself is not atmospheric, you’re less than 5 mins walk away from restaurants, cafes and shops and the hosts were very helpful in offering up suggestions and providing directions."

"I thought i was lost because the front of the bldg was not as advertised. But the owner did provide private parking at an extra cost so i wouldn't have to find street parking for my rental which was not a European compact car (ie. A mini or smart car) which would have been a nightmare in citt parallel parking. The place was clean and in a great location near old town."

The room was huge, really spacious with surrounding areas (own entrance, front door, marble stairs up, landing area with sofa, bathroom) making it more like a flat. The style old, authentic Italian. "The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
