“Like there sign says. Older than some, cleaner than most. The decor may be dated but the staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. I love the deluxe rooms so each person can have their own privacy. It’s quiet. Will stay here again.”

“Overall, it's clean and nice, so I used it for my second trip. During my three-day stay, Wi-Fi was connected, but I couldn't use real search or YouTube, so it was very inconvenient. It's a refrigerator without a freezer, and breakfast is just a small bag of bread, and it's a shame that they cleaned it up a little after 9 o'clock. It'll be okay to just sleep for one night”

“The lady at the front desk was so helpful and provide us great information for getting to Dollywood from the hotel. She also expertly handled an issue we had with our room. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the trolley depot. We never had to fight the infamous pigeon forge traffic.”

“The property is very dated, but everything is clean and functional. Loved having the Full size fridge available. Shower was especially amazing great water pressure and HOT. I slept 8hrs 47min with a sleep score of 92!!!! That never happens for me.”

“I hate to write bad reviews, cause I know it affects peoples livelihood. However, our night was met with a snake in the bathroom, not to mention the fact that there was mold all over the wall. Then we got moved to another room and the TV didn’t work. The toilet got stopped up and the blow dryer didn’t even have an end into it to plug into the wall. “I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family.
The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...
