"The property was very reasonable priced for the area compared to others. I did feel like the space was a little smaller than it looked like in the pictures and a lot of the finishings (rugs, curtains, tables) seemed pretty out dated. There were no lamps or outlet in the living room area that made sense as far as furniture placement was concerned. The property was very accessible to downtown Estes so that's a plus. The staff let me check-in early and were quite friendly the entire time with any questions or requests that I had. I stayed for three nights total and for the last two nights, some of the other guests were pretty rowdy late into the night and early morning hours which was a little frustrating. I'm not blaming the staff for that at all, but if you want complete peace and quiet, you may not get it here every night. I'm not entirely sure I would stay again. Really just depends on the balance of price vs seclusion or quality. They do offer free bike rentals and Continental breakfast which was nice."

"The location was perfect, right near the entrance to RMNP. But the rooms were tired, smelled, and needed updating. They were clean. Luckily we were only there to sleep and leave."

"No elevator, no clear way to drive around to back of building and enter an unsecure door and go up stairs lugging luggage, greeted by 2 bags of trash at top of stairs. In room the air conditioning is a window unit, was so noisy and kept going on and off. Tiniest little bathroom. Small white refrigerator under counter did not look clean sitting on floor."
