The only thing better than staying at Snug Harbor would be to buy waterfront property on Mitchell Bay. The staff remain some of the friendliest people we've met and genuinely seem happy to be there. There is nothing we would change about Snug Harbor."

"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "
