"There are really no amenities, such as a pool, hot tub, or fitness center. There is a laundry, which we did not use. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable; even the fold-out couch had a decent mattress. They use low-wattage lightbulbs because the lighting is fairly dim, except in the bathroom, which is well-lit. The kitchen was why I gave it only 4 stars. The pans are nice stainless steel, which I like, but there was only a scouring sponge to clean them - no steel wool scrubber - so cleaning them after cooking was labor-intensive. The dishes and glasses were fine. There were not enough utensils and no sharp knife for food prep. We were there for 3 days, and there was only 1 kitchen towel, whereas at home I use a new, clean one every day. However, the windows were large and let in a lot of light, which we enjoyed. The towels were soft. The shower head was powerful. The exterior is rather run-down, with lots of spider webs in what used to be a flower area and near the front door. The location is excellent, close to the docks and restaurants, either by car or walking. We did both."
