“Location amazing. Lovely staff all round. Room spacious and spotless. Bed to die for, could have stayed for a week.”

“Bathroom door wouldn’t unlock from the inside when locked. Staff overworked and busy so fixed myself. Breakfast ran out of several items eg bacon, hot chocolate, tea cups. Toaster burned bread on one side. All despite it being not very busy. Two members of staff seen on serving duty plus one person checking you in for breakfast but only about 12 people or so eating. Service should be better. However three bath and threes small towels provided for a family stay which was handy.”

“We were very late arriving but they held the rooms for us and night manager was extremely kind to us knowing how exhausted we were. We were very pleased with the rooms and how clean there were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One evening we took advantage of the 24hr menu and must say the pizza we a ordered was very good indeed. The breakfast was amazing and choices had something for everyone. Overall I would stay there again.”
