"The hotel is clean and the staff so attentive however a little disappointed on arrival we couldn’t make use of the roof top bar due to a private function which would have been useful to learn prior. The hotel is superb and in a unique position for the centre albeit breakfast was a little chaotic"

"Was slightly concerned after reading some of the reviews, but shouldn't have worried at all! We had a room on the ground floor, but noise wasn't an issue at all. We were there in a heat wave but the room was super cool throughout which was a god send. I found the bed really comfy, and slept for a blissful and completely unheard of 11 hours!! The only thing missing was a kettle, but I would certainly book again, and absolute bargain for the price I paid!"

"We were given a room upgrade which was nice however that room turned out to be extremely noisy. It was a bank holiday so understandable during the afternoon and night time but the music went on until 2am. There was also an issue with the bath, the plug was stuck so we could not drain the water. The parking situation is a bit strange and rather pricey too."
