"The staff was great but they sent me to a room that was not cleaned, loud noise from neighboring rooms. I double locked my door for safety as this felt like a true “flop house”"

"There’s not much parking close by. Rooms were clean staff acted as if they were bothered to let me in after 10 due to me sending my room key in with my wife and kids and finding a parking spot. No prior notice of having to have a key to get in after 10 p.m. Checking out 3 staff members were talking at the main desk and never acknowledged I was there, so I just walked off and helped myself to what was needed. "
