There are a few fixes needed in that the bedside shelf was hanging off on one side and the patio doors didn’t close fully but the value for money is great. "Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. It being near the beach is the main advantage but there’s no sun loungers or deck chairs as advertised and the staff aren’t very helpful when trying to...

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...

"Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."
