"Great service, clean and friendly "

"We loved the Oriental Hotel! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service was amazing. The first night we were there I felt like the AC wasn’t that cold. They immediately sent someone to check it out. They checked and cleaned the AC duct and it was instantly better. The amenities are really great too. They provide toiletries and pajamas. There is a laundry room, Lawson, and even free Disney transport. It’s close to a mall and the train/subway station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

The only drawback was the buffet options on our first night, which prevented us from going back any of the subsequent days. "Biggest room we had in our entire Japan trip. Japanese beds are firm, so it takes some getting used to. Great service, especially the shuttle crew taking us to and from Disney and the transfer station. Food was less than great, but we only got the breakfast one day. I thought the breakfast was every day, but it was literally for only 1 day. I think that was more hotels.com than the hotel’s issue. "
