The hotel was very clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant off of the lobby had very good Mediterranean style food as well. Easily walkable to the harbor, and Petco Park from the hotels location.

Very disappointed with the pool Staff. Ford, only served the people that had cabanas they state that there is pool service and there is not, not once did we have somebody come and check on us.

Location. Location. Location! I an not stress enough how centrally located this property is within PB. The pool and hot tub, as well as the entire pool area, was well maintained and clean. Each room (we are a large party reserving 4 rooms) was clean, tidy and well appointed with nice furniture and beds. The furnishings on the patio/decks were very nice. And finally, the staff was very nice, cordial, welcoming, and professional. There are two areas that would have improved our stay. First, since it is a beachfront hotel, and guests are spending time on the beach, additional hooks in the room would have been extremely useful in drying beach/pool accessories. Second, and this may have been because we had a 10 day stay, changing out the breakfast offerings would have been beneficial. The items offered were the same every morning. The fruit choices consisted of apples or oranges; there were 4 cold cereals and oatmeal; hot items included scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage links, and two waffle making machines. Bagels bread and yogurt were available as well. Of course there was also coffee, tea, and juices. Though this seems like a sufficient variety for any stay lasting for a long weekend, for anything longer it became boring. However, these were 2 minor inconveniences that did not subtract from our stay. We will be coming back to this property in the future.
