"The hotel was very nice. The view from the window was beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem we had was the elevators having problems or constantly being full. It was a great stay though."

"If you have kids this is definitely an awesome spot for a family vacation! My little girl absolutely loved it. The last 3 years this has been our go to spot. "

"The express check-in was not great. People were great but people were in a line waiting till 4:00pm to check in in order not to be billed 25.00 early check in. This fee should be waived at least 1 hr before to avoid overcrowding lobby and elevators. It would also be nice for to have an after 8pm happy hour for the adults and keep the pool open for another 2 hrs. "
