"The hotel itself was nice. Check in was not by the front door. It was upstairs which was inconvenient when carrying Luggage in and out. The parking garage was very confusing. Elevators everywhere, some only going up a couple floors and then you had to catch another one and go down a hallway to get up to your room. Housekeeping was non-existent. There was coffee and a tiny coffee pot in the room but no water. Tap water tasted like sulfur so we needed bottled water which was unavailable from housekeeping. They told us to go to the bar to get some. The bartender told us they were not supposed to give out any drinks including water unless you were gambling and seemed surprised that the front desk had told us to go there for water for our coffee. The pool was nice but you could not even bring your own bottle of water or anything with you to the pool. They want you to purchase their expensive drinks. We ate at Bubba Gump's restaurant. Our server was not attentive at all. She was also tending bar and neglected to come by our table to check on us until we were nearly finished with our meal, and only asked how we were doing while she was passing by the table at a fast rate going somewhere else. It was a nice hotel with a beautiful view of the Bay on our little balcony but we will not be staying there again because of the aforementioned."
