"My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the property. They celebrated my graduation by giving us complimentary wine and a room upgrade with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful with booking our excursion and housekeeping came by everyday to accommodate us. Thanks to Expedia we got free breakfast everyday. The only downside to our stay was that we couldn’t swim in the ocean because of the brown murkiness in the shallow area, most likely from the sargassum. I don’t think there is much the hotel can do about it but it did inhibit our plans to use their water amenities. The pools were really nice however so we swam in that."
