โI was very worried at first after reading reviews and never staying at a Four Points before, but I was pleasantly surprised once checking in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean, and appeared newly renovated. TV even accommodated Netflix and other streaming platforms. Only negative things about the room is the water pressure isnโt the greatest and there is only 2 towels and wash rags in the bathroom. Pool was open, it was clean and well kept. Felt amazing...
โI always love this hotel. It is my go to whenever we want a night away from home. The rooms are very spacious and the suite with the livingroom area and 2 TVs is perfect for children! โ
โFrom the rooms, to the public lobby, to the staff, everything was exceptional! Free breakfast was great, had a vast variety of options. Rooms, pool, hallways, lobby, outside, etc. were clean and well kept. Stayed in 2 connected rooms in which front lobby staff helped us get! We hadnโt realized the rooms werenโt together, and without us needing to ask the employee took it open their-self to offer that as an option. We accepted and thanked them for it!โ
โWithout exception, the staff were the NICEST bunch I have ever seen, from reception to the hosts to the cleaning crews. VERY friendly, with excellent service. The breakfast was fantastic, and the manager's reception in the evening was a nice relaxing break, with beer and wine and some light food. Overall, a fantastic bargain and wonderful stay!โ
โGreat customer service and kind compassionate staff is so rare these days and if thatโs what you want Stay APT SUITES CORDOVA is your place! Iโm disabled and although Iโm not a fan of roll in showers (my fault bc I booked it and didnโt request a change) the on site management went above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. This is also a clean and secure/safe property. I highly recommend it. They did allow me to use broom during business hours but You will need to bring cleaning supplies...
