โThis place is amazing! I got to my room at 1:30 in the morning. Broke down on the highway. The desk person Keither was so helpful. He got me in my room asap. Was standing by to help if I needed it and help me park my truck and trailer. Simply wonderful when wanting to get to the room as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place. The room was remodeled and was clean and very nice. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!โ
โI was very worried at first after reading reviews and never staying at a Four Points before, but I was pleasantly surprised once checking in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean, and appeared newly renovated. TV even accommodated Netflix and other streaming platforms. Only negative things about the room is the water pressure isnโt the greatest and there is only 2 towels and wash rags in the bathroom. Pool was open, it was clean and well kept. Felt amazing...
โThe beds were comfortable. I had a suite with full cooking possibilities. TVโs in sitting area and bedroom. Nice safe area and clean. They served breakfast each morning.โ
โToilet didnโt work & when I told staff about it he handed me a plunger. The smell was horrific. The noise was out of control all night long. I left with a very bad rash on both arms & very large bumps on my arm. Some sort of small pest. โ
โThis is one of my favorite hotels because it is cheap and it is literally right by the bus station I am an extreme fan of the bus because it is extremely cheap literally only 2 dollars to ride around Memphis Tennessee all dayโ
