"Poor management, employees watching their phones over taking of motel , no lights on in the lobby. No advertised bar. No breakfast. Shower sliding door falling down, would not close. Sink stopped with sewage."

This location was not what I've come to expect of a Homewood Suites. However Betty has great customer service and should be praised for her uplifting spirit."
