Stayed midweek. Not very busy. Quiet, clean, excellent bed, large room. Outside areas well lit. New carpet in public areas. Friendly staff.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
The parking garage was littered with broken bottles and is across the street. There is no staff to greet you outside the front to answer any questions. Front desk people were helpful but not knowledgeable about the area.

Clarion Pointe
The room we were given when we first arrived was not cleaned from the previous guest. The A/C did not cool very well so it was warm in the room. We ended up just showering and going home after attending the concert that was in town instead of staying.
