This was by far my worst experience with the IHG brand. Arrived at 6pm and waited 15 minutes on someone to show up to check myself and the older ladies in front of me in. Margaritaville Resort Casino
The maid service is slow and very sub par. Didn’t add towels or pick up old ones. Trash never emptied. Stsrbucks staff slow.
