"My experience was really unpleasant. Hot tubs were not working. Weird noises in room whole night. (Dripping noise) When reported, Front desk just have one answer they will call maintenance in the morning. It just broke down and telling lies about the hotel is fully booked if asked for changing the room. "

"It was a mixed experience. When we arrived it was clearly understaffed as one lady at the desk was managing all of us, including a youth hockey team and a fairly rude customer. However, despite that, she handled it like a champ! I was very impressed with her service. We also ended up being checked into a room that had not been cleaned (housekeeping neglect, which I gathered may be a common occurrence). But, when I brought this up with the lady up front she was very apologetic and moved us into the next room and also gave us a discount for the trouble. In summary, it was a good stay, and the property and amenities were fine. It seems that the staffing schedule could use a couple more people for help, and that the housekeeping needs to pick up their socks, but the service we did receive was spectacular! She fixed and adjusted every inconvenience we did face, at her own expense and inconvenience, despite it being the mistakes of others. All said and done, it ended up being a good stay. P.s. The breakfast was good and I loved the waffles!"
