Easy access to the highway. The room was clean. The facility is undergoing renovations currently so certain areas are in a transition state (ie they are in the middle of replacing the carpets and there was only the carpet padding on the floors) The breakfast was fantastic. There are lots of areas outside to walk dogs if you are traveling with dogs.

We were right next door to Applebee's and down the road from Cabela's. The property is also very near shopping, gas and several places to eat.

Easy access from interstate and to fast food. Check-in was easy and staff friendly. I appreciated the comfortable pillows when ready to retire after a long drive the most. We would stay there again.

Under renovation and left with dirty piles of materials everywhere, very poor appearance and smell, key cards did not work multiple times. A/c not working. Unfriendly staff. Not worth half the price! I will never take Hampton Inn quality for granted again.

Never got to stay at the Hampton

I’m sure the place is nice. But seeing how I booked this hotel and got booked into the best western instead I will never know! When I arrived I was told that I had no reservation. But they would check the best western because that has happened before. And she works at both places and they have the same owners. So I was charged by hotels for the Hampton. At for the trip. And stayed at the Best western that was 340 per night. Hotels nor the Hampton would help with a reimbursement. Hotels said Hampton would not work with them. Hotels gave me a 50 dollar credit but that isn’t the 160 dollar difference. I will say the only good thing that came of this trip was the Best Western was better then expected.

The worst Hampton I have ever stayed at. Dirt, crumbs everywhere. Walls are scuffed, dirty and uncared for. The breakfast was intolerable. If you’re thinking about staying here, choose someplace else.

Lady at check in was nice but scattered. Room was okay but small, cleanliness could have definitely been better! Dust was on a lot of the table tops throughout the place and the carpet in the elevator looked really gross and never cleaned.

Bad cancellation experience

I was unable to get to the hotel because roads were closed. Tried to cancel but hotels.con systems were down and Hampton inn central res would not cancel for me. Not happy! I was trying to cancel as a courtesy so you could house stranded drivers.
