“One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I liked its Golden Desk, right at the entrance in an open-plan wooden bungalow; as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and crisps. We were given a free upgrade, which we really appreciated, but we’d also like to thank the incredibly friendly staff for their hospitality. In particular, to Miss Nalean, Miss Nith and Mr. Hean Thank You again!”

The rooms are small unless you get a larger third fourth or fifth floor suite I was given one with a balcony and I could sit on the balcony and look 3 feet into a hotel next to mine. The air conditioning is good. The cleaning is...
