The property had a very nice, friendly staff available at all hours of the day and night. The pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in. There was laundry within walking distance for very cheap as well.
Always see you guys smile, feels very comfortable, clean floor frequently, so even clients walk with shoes, you guys can walk inside without shoes. Swimming pool is very good, very evening when our kids come back, the first thing is go there to have fun and relax.
If you are looking for a quiet stay, away from all the noise of Pub Street this place is perfect. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The made to order breakfast is a plus too. Tons of great, much cheaper restaurants nearby. A short walk to the hustle and bustle on the other side of the river.
Clean and comfortable hotel room, beautiful garden.
We stay for 4 nights, house keeping is changing the bedsheet, towel, hotel supplies: tooth paste, teeth brush, soup, etc everyday, we feel is not environmentally safe, we hv inform the front desk about this and request them not a need to do the changing during house keeping, but they still do it everyday😄 we hope the hotel could improve on safe the earth 🌏 for our children and future generation.... tq
A woderful modest boutique hotel in a close to restaurants and shops location on a quiet alley.. We liked it somuch we stayed 5 more nights. Dont expect a lavish breakfast but a good omelette toast and tea was fine. We liked having such attentive friendly and welciming staff . Great beds, and very ckwan room. We plan to come again, it felt like a home away from home.
The waiter's attitude is good, but the hotel's performance and price ratio is very poor, the hotel environment is very poor, breakfast is very poor, there is no food at all. I stayed at the hotel for two days. I was the only passenger.
Breakfast was decent.
One of the receptionists was quite moody.
We arrived late at night and guy couldn't find our booking. Luckily they had a room free and we sorted it out the next morning.
The pool only got sun in the morning, so be wary of that if you're booking this thinking you'll use the pool after temple visiting (like we did). They also only have 4/5 sun loungers.
This was a return visit for myself and my husband, however we were joined by friends. Our room as spacious clean and comfortable. There was no safe in the room, there is a kettle however no tea and coffee provided. The breakfast is basic but adequate, however the coffee and tea are truly awful, therefore we provided our own. Our friends room was smaller, they also had no safe, there was no fridge either as it was broken. They also remarked on the poor state of the decoration as the walls were marked and dirty. We did ask about the absence of a safe as the rooms are advertised as having them, we were told there was no need as the premises had CCTV.

We had comfortable three night stay at the Angkor Ry Boutique Villa. It's just as the other reviews state. Very clean, comfortable beds, modest breakfast (barely adequate), nice decor. Overall I thought it was excellent value for the price. We booked through hotels.com.
I'd certainly stay again.
We are a family of five and stayed in two twin rooms. I knew ahead of time there would be a $5 extra per night charge for our ten year old sharing the room. This was overpriced as we did not get extra pillows, towels or water. And the breakfast was not worth $5.
Wifi was spotty to non-existent in our ground floor room at the back of the hotel. Room on the second floor above us had good wifi though.
Onsite laundry was great at $1/kg. This was the best of three laundry services (Hoi An and Hanoi).
For perspective, we spent four nights prior and three nights post at the Le Meridien Angkor (a Starwood property). They're not comparable. But the Angkor Ry was just as clean and comfortable. We wanted to stay a few nights downtown and this fit our needs well.
We had a great stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. We arrived in the evening and they picked us up at the airport for free. The rooms are clean, and the water strong. We were initially assigned a room at the fifth level but the hotel had no elevators so we asked to be transferred to a lower floor. Our request was granted as soon as a room became available on the second floor the following day. The accommodation included a basic breakfast of bread, egg and coffee or tea. I guess it was enough to start our day. But I would recommend adding a fruit or juice if the hotel budget will allow for it. For the price, this is a great value for money. The location is not too far from the center of action in Pub Street, but quiet enough that you can sleep well at night. The road leading to the hotel itself is not paved so except a slightly bumpy ride on the tuktuk. Our tulktuk driver is a hotel staffer and he, along with the rest of the staff are very polite, friendly and can speak beginner English. I recommend this hotel to budget travelers who still want comfort and amenities such as pool, WIFI, breakfast, transfers and accessibility.
