The hotel was situated in a good location, a 5-10 minute walk from pub street. And the room was a good size.
However, we were expecting a room with a balcony as listed on our booking but did not get this. We were also woken up by a phone call from reception at 4.30 for a trip that we hadn't booked and didn't want to go on. Also, the pool area is shaded and for most of the day, especially the afternoon and very small.

Made my reservation w “sister hotel”, but when I got there, they didn’t actually have a room for me. Manager took us by tuk tuk to this one, and the quality was much lower than what I paid.
The first room we were taken to was uncleaned. The second room was clean but of 2-3 star quality. The room had a balcony which was unusable.

We loved our stay at the Hoi An Silverbell Villa. Our room and the facilities were beautiful and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. It really added to our stay in Hoi An and I would recommend it it anyone.

Staff is extremely friendly and attempts to accommodate as issues arise. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay including a flooding shower & sudden change in sleeping accommodations. Again, the staff was responsive and we problem solved ultimately the issues as it came up...
