“깨끗했고 직원들도 친절했습니다”

“The hotel was clean, modern and very sensitive to personal needs ”

“Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...

“Clean rooms with fresh beddings”

“리뉴 한지 얼마 안되어 그런지 전체적으로 어수선 하고 특히 샤워 시설이 불편 또한 객실에 냉장고가 비치되어 있지 않아 불편했음.”

“This is a great hotel for the price. I would highly recommend it.”

“Best choiche of you are attending an event at Gallagher centre, which is really at walking distance. My room had the heating not functioning, but I was given another room quite fast. The gym has old equipment but is big and very complete, so a big plus. The only thing that some people might found difficult is that there is some walking distance from the room to the breakfast room. I did not mind it, the weather was very good, but with nasty weather it might be difficult.”

“I stay here on occasion when the hotels close to Mall of Africa are booked out. Especially if you're here for a business week the Ellipse appartments is a really good alternative. Easy quick walk to Mall of Africa if one needs something. Safe compound. There's even a completely fine restaurant right one the premises (Olives & Plates). I also like the fact that they have a laundry machine in the appartment which is hand if I am on a longer trip. The one and only thing you need to know is that as...

“The room is spotless ”

“Great host who is very welcoming and accomodative. This is also in a good location because it is just 5 mins away from the main highway. The room is warm with heater.”

“WONDERFUL PLACE!!!! IRIS & GIGI ARE SO WELCOMING AND ATTENTIVE TO ONE'S EVERY NEED. THEY COULD NOT BE MORE ACCOMMODATING. OUR AIRPORT TRANSFERS WERE ARRANGED, PRIVATE JOHANNESBURG TOUR/DRIVER ARRANGED, BEAUTIFUL BREAKFAST INCLUDED, LOVELY RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!”

“The place is perfect. Very clean and comfortable. WiFi, Washer dryer, shower is great and The hosts are great. It’s close to the airport. Would highly recommend. I’ll be back.”
