This was a perfect option for us as for our visit to Sienna. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and genuinely cared and the accommodations were impeccable at a quality price. I highly recommend ..and if I’m in Sienna again I will definitely be calling Roberto.

It was a fantastic stay! The location is excellent as well. My only suggestion would be to add a photo of the entrance to help guests find the place more easily, as Google Maps doesn’t show the exact location.

Located on a quiter street in Siena with with excellent views. It was easu to coordinate arrivals and the breakfasts were delicious. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby.

Great place to stay - good location

Lovely, local B&B. Good location for access to walking around town with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Accommodation is upstairs 2 or 3 flights of stairs with no lift but friendly staff on standby to assist. Lovely continental breakfast (need to pre -book or ask on arrival).

We booked 1 day before we would arrive and everything went smoothly. The owner texted me through whatsapp and was really friendly. The accommodation is located perfectly in the city center of Siena. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. I really recommend staying there.

This was one of my favorite stays in our entire trip through Italy. Roberto was so nice and gave us recommendations for dinner. Checkin was a breeze. The best pizza restaurant was across the street. And the Irish bar downstairs was a fun escape from our vacation schedule. Would highly reccomend.

Good clean budget accommodation.

Budget hotel 25 mins from station and 0mins from city centre. Largely unmanned during the day we had to contact the hotel staff to arrange entry. The rooms were basic but clean and with working air conditioning. Breakfast was a simple but comprehensive continental buffet breakfast which the owner kept replenishing. On our final day we needed to depart at 7:30 which was the appointed time for breakfast to start. They assisted in allowing us to take breakfast items with us. The B&B is at the top of a steep hill so there was some noise from struggling vehicles as well as from excited youngsters as bars closed. We would come here again

No elevator, very hard climb with heavy luggage. Breakfast was marginal, pastries, two cereals, very little fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Attendant was very attentive with coffee. Refrigerator in room had no shelves inside or in the door. No phones in room. Female attendants were very accommodating, however, but not very knowledgeable. They called another manager for support. Clean and comfortable beds, sheets, and towels.

Excellente adresse près du coeur de Sienne, dans une rue remplie de restos et de bonnes adresses. Une épicerie se trouve juste en face. Les chambres sont petites mais parfaites, avec un petit bureau, un support à bagages, une MAGNIFIQUE vue sur Sienne, et un lit moelleux, quoi qu'un peu mou pour mes goûts. La salle de bains est bien équipée, tout était là!

ne pas se fier aux apparences extérieures

Arrivée difficile compte tenu de l'étroitesse et de l'emplacement de la maison, ne rentrer surtout pas dans la ruelle sous le porche le 1/2 tour est quasi impossible. une fois passée la porte d'entrée peu reluisante, et les étages avec vos valises, la chambre est d'un confort total. Sofia est d'une extrême gentillesse, vous aide pour tout ce que vous souhaitez et même plus. Parlant bien anglais, très réactive, très pratique, s'arrange pour apporter une solution à vos éventuels soucis ou problèmes ( parking en ville, itinéraires à pieds, taxi, port de bagages, oubli de carte ... )
