Exceeded all my expectations! The Hotel has a charm like no others i have stayed in while touring around Spain. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and well maintained.

The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful. Small, quant hotel in the perfect location in San Sebastian. In Old Town close to both beaches. Also close to the transportation center which made getting in and out of town very convenient. It's a really small hotel. There is a small reception area with coffee but that's about it, there is no lobby like you'd find in a more traditional hotel. The staff is happy to help with whatever you need, they were great!

The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

A modern, clean and stylish gem of a hotel nestled in the an absolutely charming old town of San Sebastian. The staff was wonderfully attentive and graciously assisted me in English (probably to save us both struggling through my not-so-great Spanish). Right in the old town, next to the harbor and trail up to the castle, and can walk to everything easily right from the hotel. Friendly staff and great fresh breakfast offerings each day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Hotel Arbaso. It is a modern and clean property, and we got our best sleep during our trip here! Everyone on the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. The location could not be more perfect. It's located on a quiet street and in walking distance to many sites including the Old Town, beach, and restaurants. The room was quite spacious also, and I surely enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
