"Airport shuttle is available every hour, need to make a reservation in advance. Upon my arrival at the Incheon airport, a help desk made a shuttle reservation for me. The shuttle arrival time for Terminal 2: at 15 min of the hour, Terminal 1: at 35 min of the hour, Hotel: at 55 min of the hour."

"The West Tower seemed new. Very spacious and private curved glass and stone with quiet inlets to the check-in area and a separate one for the elevator bank. Very clean room and relaxing to rest from our 13 hour flight and start getting used to the time change. We could see the airport but did not hear any noise. As the morning fog burned off I could see aircraft landing and taking off in the distance as they were operating from the other end of the runways. To my left I could see where the coastline was. Not much going on around the hotel but we liked the quiet as we were starting our visit to much busier parts of Korea in Seoul and elsewhere."
