My room was clean, no issues with my room at all. They gave me the option to have a room on the highest floor which was a first for me. The staff was very polite and made me feel like home to be honest. Thank you so much for a great time!

The room is spacious and clean. However, the check-in process was so slow, saying at least 30 minutes after we arrived at 1 am. Another issue is they try to sell round trip shuttle to the Miami port with pre-payment. however, we just couldn't get any shuttle service for the trip back to the hotel ...
