The location was perfect. Walking distance to all site seeing amenities. The room was very clean and tidy. I slept so good. The girl at the front desk (Ana) was very knowledgeable on the area. She saved me time by teaching me to take the ferry instead of driving all the way around.

Property was amazing and so were the staff. Unfortunately there was a massive party on our floor with multiple rooms of one party and they were up all night smoking dope and being loud.
Not the hotel’s fault but impacted our experience pretty badly

A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area.
