"The staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in, but notably absent most of the time. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and broken down. You felt every spring. Only one shower towel provided. The room smelled of cigarettes. Parking was good, though as the automated garage began to fill up, I was told to take my car to a lot up the street to make room for a fancier BMW. Not cool, but that's Korea."

"My stay at this hotel was okay. The room was very nice. Looked exactly like the photos. What brings the grade down for me is the amenities and the quality of service from the staff. The toilet in my room worked properly, however the water in the toilet would periodically begin to give off a foul unpleasant odor. When I addressed the issue with the staff, nothing was done to correct the issue. Not sure if it is related to some sort of plumbing issue, but hopefully it is corrected in the future. Additionally, several times myself and my companion attempted to order room service to our room, these items were never delivered.. Other than that the hotel is ok. Bedding was fine. Very large Television. View was beautiful. It is located in a quiet area. Typically only took ~30 Mins to get to downtown Seoul. Plenty of restaurants in the area."

"The Towels were not clean and 3 days before we went Gome the lights didnt worked and it was on the whole night which was difficult to sleep. But the stay and room itself was really nice and the TV is really big!! loved the stay, location was 45min away from seoul."
