We had a mixed stay. The biggest positive was the staff, everyone was warm and helpful, especially Anika, who went above and beyond, and Gabriel, an excellent guide who made the excursions enjoyable. The chalet was fabulous, clean and with everything you need. The staff were amazing and having access to lapland winter park was such a great perk. The sledding hill was a favourite of ours.
