The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The dishes etc was something they got at a garage sale. The silverware was understandably cheap since people sometimes bring that home with them but once you took them out of the coffee cup the bottoms of the coffee cups were filthy. Whoever does the maintenance on that place just uses looks around and that's good enough.

For the age of the property it was clean. The walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors tv all night. I love the quaintness of it and the island is cool if you want something more lowkey.

The room was clean and well stocked. I booked for 2 rooms and there was only 1, leaving our 3rd guest to sleep on a very small couch. i was under the impression that I was paying for 2 rooms so was a little frustrating but fine. The arrival text said there was a hot tub. No hot tub was there. Finally when we left a wet suit was forgotten so we reached out to the property, they said they would locate it and reach out within the day. It’s the next day and suddenly the phone number is unavailable? The stay was nice and close to the beach but we wont be back

Loved my stay at Coral Sands! The beach is 5 minute walk away and you have 4 different restaurants to choose from within a 5 minute walk. I loved the room too it was good for me and my boyfriend we just needed a small affordable space for our vacation. Definitely will be coming back! The pool was great too

The best thing about the room was it was clean. The kitchen did have a few pots and pans. I had to use the big pan to flush the toilet.There was 1 glass in the kitchen, but no coffee pot of any kind. The bed qas horrible and the pillows were like airline throw away pillows. I messaged about the toilet. The person in charge said they would have some one look at it I asked when and got no reply. So of course we were out when they came and it didn't get fixed. So we used the 2 pans of water in the tank method of flush while we were there. I almost forgot my next door neighbors partying until 4:00 AM one morning. There is no insulation in the walls so they might as well been in the room with us. That was a miserable night. On the other hand the pool was clean and it is only about 3 blocks to the beach. I will never go back it is to rough for me but that is what I get for trying to save a few bucks. I would much rather have been farther from the beach and been a little more comfortable.

Even though the room i stayed in did not have a pot for the coffee maker, or a pan to use to cook in oven. They did provide other dishes that came in handy. They are in wakking distance to some good restaurant/bars. To drive to destinations that we wanted to see or things to do was not far from location. It was quiet and relaxing. Will stay again in the future.

Night Sleepers and Day Sleepers Don't Mix.

Nice place, refurbished older hotel in a quite neighborhood. It is in good condition, but the walls are not sound proof. Good communication with the owners by text.
