“Great staff”

“A very clean room and a lovely bathroom with a great view of the mountain. A really nice and friendly hotel. The hotel reception may look outdated in the pictures but the room was lovely with great water pressure in the shower.”

“What a lovely place Casa Mais is. We arrived at 3am but Flavius was there to meet us. No messing around with check, just let us get straight to bed. The room was spotless, the bathroom well equipped with a shower and a jacuzzi bath. Flavius gave us a couple of recommendations and his number, should we need any help. The taxis into town are quick and cheap, and there’s plenty to do when you get there. All together, a thoroughly enjoyable stay, we’ll definitely be seeing Casa Mais again!”

“Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room.
