"I stayed one night in a 3 bunk bed room with 5 other people. The room was clean and bedding was good, but mattress felt as solid as if you were sleeping on the floor. I really liked a living room for its home-like setting with lots of interesting books on shelf and classic tv-couch setting. They provide you a towel and a breakfast, cream cheese bagle and morning coffee. I liked that they had an individual locker where I can stuff my belongings. "This place has wonderful and professional staff, and honestly, the rooms are decent. But here’s where it goes downhill… The weekends are packed with weddings or other events on the 5th and 7th floor. That’s not an issue, but trying to get an elevator is a real pain. Sometimes you’re pressing for an elevator, and then, the elevator is going up and down, and all over the place, but just not picking you up. So then other people end up button-mashing for the other elevators, and it kinda’ holds...
