“정말로 환상적인 시설과 환경, 그리고 직원들 서비스까지 아무것도 나무랄게 없는 아주 완벽한 호텔이었습니다. 그정도 가격에 훌륭한 저녁이벤트까지 아마도 여기호텔주인은 자선사업가가 아니면 할수 없는 서비스입니다. 지금 가격에 5배이상은 더 받아도 될듯. 가족여행으로 왔는데 다음에 포르투갈에 다시온다면 무조건 이 호텔에서 지낼것입니다. 오랬만에 아주 훌륭한 대접 받고 갑니다.”

“LuXa Charm house is absolutely excellent value. Big rooms with en-suites, totally capturing Sintra’s style. Our room had window views to the moorish castle. The only issue is ordering Bolt Taxis or Ubers to the property, at peak times the taxi will not be allowed by the local authorities to stop outside the accommodation, so you will likely have to walk into town for that. Not a big issue at all. ”

“This hotel is a little oasis from the hustle of town. We had a beautiful view of the mountain and the three main palaces. Breakfast was plentiful and delivered by basket to our room at our chosen time. Parking was included which was a selling point as parking in Sintra is very limited. “Extremely friendly staff and owner made us feel like family. We weren't expecting the room to be serviced after the first night on a two night stay, but it was, unasked, including setting up a drying rack for the clothes we had washed and hung the night before. “We loved the property! It was very close to everything: up the steps to Old Town Sintra and walkable to all of the sites. One night, a scrap of food was left on the table, and there were many ants the next morning. They seemed to be from the hallway baseboard, so be sure to put any open food in the refrigerator. Staff was informative and helpful. Overall, a great stay! ”

“This is a truly beautiful property and would be perfect for a destination wedding or other gathering. The guest house is magnificently appointed. The grounds are beautiful. There’s a swimming, pool and tennis courts. The host of the guest house personally greeted us. We had breakfast made to order on the patio. “The service from Mohammed before I even got there was 5* and it never stopped. Osvaldo continued to deliver the same 5* and I was made to feel so welcome. The views of Praia da Macas from apartment are perfect, with the sounds of the powerful waves. “Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!”
